BATON A CHAUX
LIME STICK

Bâton en os servant à atteindre la chaux au fond d'un récipient en calebasse ou bambou. Humecté de salive, le bâton enduit de chaux sera alors porté à la bouche. Chaux , noix d'arec (ou bétel) et gousses de moutardier forment ainsi un mélange de mastication servant notamment de coupe faim (salive rouge sang). Représentation ici d'un oiseau, très probablement d'un cacatoès. Possibilité de soclage sur demande (20 euros en sus).
