Bâton rituel de tambour servant à frapper ces intruments traditionnels aussi appelés "garamut". Tête stylisée de mante religieuse finement ouvragée en partie haute. Collecté dans dans la vallée du fleuve Sépik. Trés belle patine d'usage. Vendu avec un socle de présentation Bois.

Ritual drum' stick collected in the sepik valley area, and used to play on a big slit gong drum also called "garamut". Stylised pray mantis head finely carved on top art. Used patina. Sold with a base.
