Très beau plat ancien en bois avec une belle patine d'usage. Ce type de plat en bois, maintenant remplacé par des écuelles en émail, servait d'ustensile culinaire. Objet usuel papou en voie de disparition... En parti décoré et avec attaches pour être suspendu dans la case.
Very nice old wooden dish with a nice used patina. This type of wooden dish, now replaced by plate in enamel, acted as culinary utensil. Fast disappearing Papuan common object... Partialy decorated with clamps to be suspended in the hut and with name of owner carved.
