Surprenante figure s'apparentant probablement à une figure "Yena", sculpture liée au culte de l'igname, tubercule sacré et vénéré dans toute la Mélanésie. Tête d'ancêtre présentant un crochet en partie arrière évoquant probablement un bec de calao. Second visage stylisé en partie arrière. Pièce unique vendue avec un socle de présentation.

Ancestor’s head with a hook in the back part probably evoking a beak of hornbill. Second face stylized in the back part. Unique piece sold with a base of presentation.
