Rare statue Korvar en bois erodé par le temps (bois traité et stabilisé). Ce type de figure, sculptée à la mémoire d'un ancêtre défunt dont il symbolise son effigie, sert de receptacle pour son l'âme. Ici personnage arborant un bouclier cérémoniel évoquant un animal (une seiche ?). Très belle pièce en bois dense montée sur socle. Traces d'usage.
