Très beau kina traditionnel avec son cordon tressé d'origine. Le kina est à la fois un ornement porté en pendentif sur la poitrine et une prestigieuse monnaie d'échange, fabriquée et portée dans les haut-plateaux papous. Cet objet a donné son nom à la devise moderne papou (kina). Bel objet. Coquillage pictada maxima (huitre perlière), fibres teintées, cauris, ocre rouge et peau d'opossum ou kangourou arboricole.
