Très belle pointe de lance ancienne. Ce type de "lame" en bois durci au feu était inseré dans une encoche pratiquée en partie haute de la lance, le tout étant consolidé avec du cordage en fibres. Traces de sculpture. Patine d'usage exceptionnelle. Bel objet ancien, témoignage d'une culture en sursis...

Beautiful head of an old lance. This type of wooden "blade" hardened on the fire was slided in a notch practised in the top of the lance, the whole being strengthened with the rope in fibers.
